These are egg-less cookies, and they are very easy to make. These cookies are delicious , crispy and crunchy from outside while soft and chewy from inside. taste great with milk or hot cup of tea.
Maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup (at room temperature)
Choco Chips - 1/2cup
Vanilla Essence - 1tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1 tbsp
1.Pre heat the oven to 180 degree C.
2.Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, in a bowl.
3.Take butter in another bowl, whip it with whisk till it becomes creamy and smooth.
4.Add the sugar and mix it till it becomes smooth and fluffy. Add vanilla and mix well.
5.Add the flour mix to butter. This will make into crumbly dough.
*(Add milk only if its too dry and doesnt come together).
6. Add in the choco chips finally and give a quick stir.Now the cookies dough is ready.
7.Meanwhile roll them into medium sized balls and flatten it with your palms . if you want more thinner cookies flatten them thin or cut with cookie cutter.
8.Bake the cookies for about 15 to 18 minutes or until cookies are lightly golden brown on edges.
9.Cool them on wirerack completely then store them in airtight container.
