Mixed sprout curry

I dont need to tell how beneficial consuming sprouts are. Sprouts, be it from Chana, Moong or from any other beans are full with essential and balance nutrients. You can use a mix of sprouts like Moong,Chana, Moth/Matki etc. I always use mixed sprouts for curry.

Garlic-2 (optional)

Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder-1tsp

Corriender leaves-chopped

1.Wash and boil sprouts with peeled potatoes and keep aside.

2. In frying pan add oil and fry medium chopped onions till the raw smell leaves

3.After it cools down grind the onions, chillies and ginger together.

4.In saucepan heat oil add ground paste and fry in medium flame till oil separates from it

5.Now add.turmeric powder, chili powder, dhania jeera powder and onion chili paste and tomato puree or chopped tomatoes to it. Bring to boil.

6.When all the ingredients get blend together add the mixed sprouts and peeled &cut potatoes, and salt let it cook for 2-3min.
